Easy Buttercream Icing
Recipe type: Dessert Topping
  • 1½ cup organic butter (I used unsalted organic butter from Superstore)
  • 1¼ cup organic powdered sugar (I used this one)
  • 4 tbsp milk (I used organic 2% milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (I used Simply Organic vanilla extract)
  1. Mix butter and sugar together in a food processor (or with a mixer) until smooth.
  2. Slowly add in 4 tbsp milk while continuing to mix.
  3. Lastly add in the vanilla. Icing should have a whipped butter consistency.
  4. Use on your cupcakes!
