Easy Avocado and Salmon Roe Sushi

Make these easy avocado and salmon roe sushi rolls with sustainable and organic ingredients so that your family can enjoy without worry!
  1. Mix the cooked rice with the rice vinegar and avocado oil.
  2. Lay out 1 seaweed sheet and spoon rice evenly along the bottom third of the sheet.
  3. Press the rice down firmly with your fingers and a spoon.
  4. Roll the sheet with the rice while squeezing the rice to make sure it's rolled tightly (if you have a sushi mat, it'll make it a lot easier).
  5. Slice with a sharp knife and spoon the salmon roe on top.
  6. For the avocado rolls, slice the avocados into long lengths.
  7. Press the rice down firmly onto a seaweed sheet, and add avocado slices on top of the rice.
  8. Spoon a little bit of mayonnaise across the avocado.
  9. Roll up the avocado roll and slice.
  10. Serve with organic tamari.
