Because I have a few cool mist ultrasonic diffusers from Young Living, I thought it would be neat to try out a nebulizing diffuser that doesn’t use any water. I also got to try out their lavender body butter and lavender yoga mat spray.
When I took this out of the box and put it on the counter, my daughter exclaimed, “What is that?? It’s so beautiful!!”. It really is one of the coolest, most unique diffusers I’ve seen. It has a wooden base, and a glass top, so there’s no concern about essential oils breaking down plastic components. The nebulizing diffuser works by atomizing the essential oil into an ultra fine mist. You drop the essential oil directly into the glass reservoir and turn it on. Because it atomizes the oil, it has a very potent output, meaning that it fills a room very quickly with the scent. You can adjust the intensity of the output with the knob, and it has a LED light that turns on while it runs. It also uses an intermittent output – 1 minute on, 1 minute off, so it can run for a long time! These are all awesome features and I love using it, especially in my open concept main floor. The only thing I don’t love about it is that it doesn’t turn off automatically when it runs out of oil. The LED light stays on until you turn the dial off.
This body butter has a lovely consistency – very much like butter, but not greasy feeling. It is really moisturizing and absorbs quickly into the skin. With the super dry climate I live in, I need all the moisturizing help I can get. My daughter and I both love using it daily!
I’ve been trying to get to yoga more often, and I don’t know about you, but it can get pretty sweaty. Sweaty yoga mats are gross, so I was excited to try this yoga mat spray! The lavender scent lingers afterwards, which just helps to make my next yoga session better. Definitely a must in my yoga bag.
