It’s getting very close to being officially summer, which means there are lots of fun things happening! Christine at Just Another Edmonton Mommy is a great mommy blogger friend of mine, and she is in the know about what goes on in Edmonton. So courtesy of her blog, we have 5 resources for fun activities in Edmonton. Hopefully, those resources will help parents to occupy their children throughout the summer. For other ideas, it might be worth considering playing video games with your children. By using websites like Gamulator, parents could easily access some ROMs of classic games, such as this sonic 3 and knuckles rom. That could keep children entertained for a long time, so that’s worth considering too. However, it’s nice to also spend time outdoors with the children, so make sure to have a good balance of activities.
This is a huge comprehensive list of awesome things you can do with your kids! (However kids are not necessary to enjoy these activities!)
Last summer I took my daughter to see one of her favourite movies Inside Out on a huge outdoor screen. It was really fun! And not just fun for kids – it would be an awesome thing to do with a group of friends or for a date night.
Ever since we discovered the Bully Food Truck at the South West Edmonton Farmers Market, we’ve had a long-standing love affair going. There are tons of amazing food trucks in Edmonton, but how do you get your fix? This post gives you what you need to find them!
On the food truck topic, if you want to sample from the awesome food trucks of Edmonton, you need to go to a What the Truck?! event! And Christine has some tips to help you do it right!
